Terms & Conditions:

1.Applications on prescribed proforma along with relevant documents "attested and one fresh passport size photographs, may reach the undersigned within 15 days from the date of publication of this advertisement.

2. Applications form can be collected from the office of undersigned and can also be downloaded from wvvvv.archivesegov.pk

3. All appointment shall be made in accordance with the prevailing Recruitment Rules/Policy of the Federal Government.

4. Relaxation in age limit shall be admissible as per existing Government rules.

5. Age will be calculated with effect from the closing date of submitting applications.

6. Eligibility of candidate(s) will be determined on the basis of academic qualification as given against each post.

7. A candidate can apply for more than one post by applying separately for each post.

8. Only shortlisted applicants will be called for test/interviews.

9. Candidates shall present original documents along with set of attested copies of all the relevant documents at the time of interview.

10. Applicants already in Government Service should apply through proper channel & submit NOC alongwith application.

11. Centre for the test/interview will be at National Archives of Pakistan, Block-N, Pak.Secretariat, Islamabad. Applications submitted by hand or incomplete applications and not on prescribed application form will not be entertained.

13.The Department of National Archives of Pakistan reserves the right to cancel the recruitment process in part or whole, increase/decrease the number of vacancies at any stage without assigning any reason thereof.

14. No TADA will be admissible for the purpose of test/interview.
